For Conference participation it is necessary to submit to the Organizing Committee the following documents: 

I. Abstract (extended format) that illustrates the content, relevancy and novelty of the presented study. The submitted abstract should also contain: the name of the Section, in which the presentation is expected, organization, authors’ places of work, and their email addresses.

Requirements to the abstract formatting

1. Working languages – Russian and English.

2. Abstract text volume (without figures, formulas and tables) in Russian should not exceed 2-3 pages of A4 format (210x297 mm). Abstract text should be accomplished in MS Word text editor with the following settings: bottom margin – 2.5 cm, top margin – 2.5 cm, left and right margins – 2.5 cm; line interval – single; header and footer: header – 0 cm, footer – 2 cm, main text font – Times New Roman, 14 pt.

3. Abstract could contain references through the text as well as reference list in Russian. Number of references is limited by 4.

4. Abstract in English should be submitted to the Organizing Committee separately. Volume of the English abstract text (without figures, formulas and tables) should not exceed 2-3 pages of A4 format (210x297 mm). Abstract text should be accomplished in MS Word text editor with the following settings: bottom margin – 2.5 cm, top margin – 2.5 cm, left and right – 2.5 cm; line interval – single; header and footer: header – 0 cm, footer – 2 cm, main text font – Times New Roman, 14 pt.

5. Abstract in English should include references through the text as well as reference list (if any) in English. Number of references is limited by 4.

6. Russian Authors should provide an expert conclusion on the possibility of open access publication.

Based on the submitted abstracts, the conference papers for including into the conference program will be selected. The decision to include selected conference papers to the conference program will be announced not later than on the 15st of December 2019.

The Book of Abstracts will be published before the conference beginning. ISBN, UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) and LBС (Library Bibliographic Classification) codes will be assigned to the book. The book of abstracts will be put to the electronic library elibrary.ru and will be indexed by the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Abstract structure (in Russian and in English)

The 1st line – paper title (center justification, written with the capital letters by Romance face, 14 pt);

The 2nd line – empty, 14 pt;

The 3rd line – the author(s) initials and surname(s). After the author’s surname, it is necessary to mention the employee affiliation with the number (center justification, written by bold italic low case letters, 14 pt, and separated by commas);

The 4th line – organization(s) name(s) (center justification, written with bold italic low case letters, 14 pt);

The 5th line – email (one or several), (center justification, written with low case underlined letters, 14 pt);

The 6th line – empty, 14 pt;

The 7th line – word Annotation without paragraph brake, aligned left, semi-bold 14 pt;

The 8th line – Annotation text should not exceed 50 words with the spaces, font size 14 pt, single line spacing, general alignment without hyphenation;

The 9th line – empty, 14 pt;

The 10th line and further – the abstract text starting from the new paragraph without figures, tables and formulas. New paragraph (indentation) – 0.8 cm. Font 14 pt.

Symbols and abbreviation should be disclosed after the very first mention in the text.

The main text should be fully justified by the page width, hyphenations are allowed.

Abstract text could contain references as well as reference list (not more than 4 references). Abstract text should certainly contain references. References should be indicated in square brackets ([n]).

The phrase “Reference list” should start from the new line after the main text.

The references listing itself should start from the next line. References should be formatted in accordance with State standard – GOST 7.0.5 – 2008.

II. Full-text article (total volume is not less than 6 pages).

Full-text versions of the articles will be transmitted to the editors’ offices of the Bauman MSTU publishing house specialized journals: Engineering Journal: Science and Innovation; Proceedings of Higher Educational Institutions. Machine Building (included into the Higher Attestation Commission catalogue) and others.

The mentioned scientific journals are indexed with the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). Information about the published articles will be available on the electronic scientific library web site www.elibrary.ru

Full-text version of the article should be formatted in accordance with the guidelines of Engineering Journal: Science and Innovation: http://engjournal.ru/publicinfo/

The author’s application should be submitted together with the article. The author’s application should be filled in accordance with the following template:  http://engjournal.ru/uploaded/avt-engj.pdf

The expert conclusion on the possibility of open access publication should be also submitted with the article.
